From the A14 trunk road and approaching from either the east or west, take the second exit from either direction when you see the sugar beet factory. This is signposted 'Bury St Edmunds Central'. At the roundabout at the bottom of the slip road follow signs to 'Historic Bury St Edmunds' and at the next roundabout turn left into Northgate Street. Ounce House is on the right hand side at the top of the hill, just before the traffic lights.
